Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any part of the Algomi Suite (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Algomi (“we”, “us”, “our”), a privately operated platform based in India. For questions, contact hello@algomi.in.

All trading strategies, backtests, paper trades, OI signals, screener results, and portfolio analytics are informational tools. You are solely responsible for all trading and investment decisions you make. Past backtest performance does not guarantee future live results.

Trading in stocks, derivatives, F&O, and crypto involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose more than your initial capital. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must have a valid brokerage account with a supported broker to use Algomi Fi's execution features.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@algomi.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not share your account with others, create accounts by automated means, or create accounts for purposes other than using the Service as intended.

When you connect a broker account to Algomi Fi, you authorise us to communicate with that broker's API on your behalf — to place, modify, or cancel orders according to the strategies and settings you configure.

You acknowledge that:

• You have read and agreed to your broker's own terms of service.
• Automated systems may experience technical failures, connectivity issues, or execution delays beyond our control.
• We are not liable for any losses arising from failed, delayed, or incorrect order execution.
• You are responsible for monitoring your positions. Always maintain a manual fallback procedure.
• You can revoke broker access at any time by disconnecting the account in Settings.

The Service offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (Trader Pro, Investor+, Suite) billed monthly or annually. Prices are displayed in INR on the Pricing page.

Paid subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing period via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.

Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated for the remainder of your current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

One-time products (e.g. capital gains tax reports, backtest PDF exports) are non-refundable once the output has been delivered.

If a payment fails, we will retry per Razorpay's retry schedule. Access to paid features may be suspended until payment is successfully collected.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or any activity that violates SEBI regulations or applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service by automated means.
• Use the Service to provide paid investment advice or signal services to third parties.
• Share your account or allow others to use your broker-connected account.
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits, feature gates, or billing mechanisms.
• Introduce malicious code, perform denial-of-service attacks, or interfere with the platform's operation.
• Upload resume data belonging to another person without their consent.

Algomi Career uses AI models to generate ATS scores, resume rewrites, cover letters, interview questions, and answer feedback. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided as a tool to assist you, not as a guarantee of employment outcomes.
• You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before submitting it to a prospective employer.
• We make no representations about the accuracy of ATS scores, match percentages, or interview predictions.
• Resume data you upload is processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) subject to their data processing terms. It is not used to train AI models.

All software, design, branding, and content on the Algomi platform is owned by or licensed to Algomi. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of your data — your trading strategies, journal entries, resume content, and portfolio data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store this data solely to provide the Service to you.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Market data, fundamentals, and OI data are sourced from third-party providers and may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. Do not rely on this data as the sole basis for financial decisions.

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 2 (Disclaimer), 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at hello@algomi.in to attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
